2mm Vivos are designed with thin soles to help reconnect you with the ground, and provide flexibility for strong, healthy feet. 1.5mm Tread depth refers to the thickness of the patterns or "lugs," on the sole. These are purposefully designed to cater to specific surfaces and conditions, providing an ideal combination of traction, grip, and a sense of connection with the ground. The Motus Strength Outsole has an enhanced traction 2mm sole with raised 1.5mm lugs, engineered for the best grip and durability on a variety of terrains. The high midfoot sidewalls are designed with cross training in mind, providing optimised support during lateral movements or changes in direction.
